No engagement through the website
Contacting us, booking a call, or using this website does not create an auditor-client, consulting, or other professional relationship. Services begin only when the relevant parties agree to a written engagement. That agreement governs the services and takes priority over these website terms if there is a conflict.
Audits and seals
An audit records findings about the system, version, data, use, and period described in its scope. A Lingana Audited seal confirms that an audit took place for the tool and version named in the public record. It is not a certification that a tool is bias-free, suitable for every use, or guaranteed to comply with every law.
Intellectual property
The website, Lingana name and visual identity, reports, seal design, and original website content belong to Lingana Labs, CHC Consulting, or their licensors. You may not copy, alter, issue, or use a Lingana Audited seal without written permission.
